This University was looking to create a unique living space for their students that embodied the essence of multi-family housing combined with areas for community engagement, connectivity, flexible multi-purpose areas, and a collaborative work environment, all while creating a resort-living atmosphere. We partnered with them to create a vibrant, energetic, and interactive environment for this new student housing concept. The award-winning end result was an intentional, high-energy atmosphere designed with students in mind.
