Essentials for Living came to BSD as a repeat client ready for a full showroom relocation in High Point. The project began with an existing building and ended with ground-up new construction after the team pivoted mid-project to deliver the space EFL's brand actually required. The result is a freestanding showroom designed around two equal entrances, a central hospitality area, a rooftop patio, a dedicated design center showcasing the full finish library, and private meeting spaces for client and staff use. Every material was coordinated to a unified white oak tone. Every square foot was planned to sell.
