Previously a formal dining area, this space needed to evolve to meet the needs of a new generation of country club members. We were tasked with creating a fresh, casual environment with broad appeal. Inspired by an elevated take on a classic sports bar, we designed ceiling details and finishes that tied into the preserved millwork while introducing modern elements. To meet the needs of this socially-driven atmosphere, we opted for flexible furniture arrangements and a lighting grid that would allow tables to be moved as needed. Finally, we removed all window treatments to take advantage of the beautiful golf course views.
