A close-knit studio with broad-reaching work

As two friends who worked for years at competing design firms ~ motherhood brought about an entirely new perspective on our personal and professional lives.  Coinciding with the birth's of our first children, we set out to create a new type of workplace and to take our passion for design to an entirely new level.  On January 1st, 2000 we launched our own boutique design studio with the hope of bringing a unique approach to the industries where we spent our collective careers:  furniture, healthcare, luxury homes, corporate offices and charity work.  Barbour Spangle's goal is to create exceptional solutions for your environment by incorporating inspiration from fashion, technology, art, history and travel.  Rather than imposing a particular style, our team of professionals utilizes a global list of resources and contacts to implement a design that will exceed your expectations.  Additionally, we can provide graphic design, artistic renderings & marketing direction, product development and brand identity.  With each project we work on, these areas of expertise blend with one another to create a unique end result.  We like to call it connecting the dots.
